Default Servicer
First National Bank & Trust, a growth oriented, independent community bank in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, is seeking a detail orientated individual for a Secondary Market Mortgage and Commercial Loan Default Servicer. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing default administration and managing collection efforts as well as establishing and monitoring necessary policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with commercial loan and secondary market mortgage default servicing standards and requirements. The successful applicant will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field or two years of relative experience.
